Our HP Laser Jet Printer was constantly getting paper jams until finally the lever mechanism that feeds the paper stopped working. Technician was able to determine the problem and fixed it. He had it ready and working the next day! They were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. We highly recommend Infinite Technology Solutions for any computer and printer problems.
