Barry was insanely helpful, I was building a very high end custom gaming pc, and some of my components were out of my expertise, but Barry handled it in a extremely reasonable amount of time, from wire management to explaining how certain features work, I will 100% return for an electronic needs.
Had a second computer fixed again here - 5 years later! Again, same great results. Sullivan's gave great advice after intuitive analysis and understanding my problems. My computer is working faster than ever. That was so much better, and cheaper, than buying new.
Great customer service and communication. Single man shop so some patience is required. I was under no rush for my issue, so with weather issues, and holiday I got my issues fixed within a reasonable time.
