New pc wouldn't post and when I dropped it off on 1/5, I told them I thought it was the cpu or motherboard. Over a month later on 2/7 finally got told they tested everything except the cpu or motherboard. They offered to do an RMA request for me. On 2/10 after confirming what they needed I dropped off the original product packaging as while as my Amazon details to file the claim. On 2/23 after I called they responded saying they hadn't submitted anything because they said my request was ambiguous and they weren't sure if I wanted them to submit the RMA or not. I ended up taking the pc back without a solution.

Got scammed on 10/6/2025…bank accounts hacked etc. after dealing with that fallout, took my laptop to Mr. T,s to have the hard drive removed and preserved as evidence. This was on 10/10…A new hard drive was installed and all data backed up on a Thumb drive. This was completed on 10/15 even with them being closed for the weekend! Great crew and very patient with a very upset customer! Costs were extremely reasonable as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR T’S in Great Falls!
