On January 5, 2026 I discovered I had small little critters in my house.. iI googled pest control companies in Great Falls, Montana, and a Pro Pest Control was the first company that popped up. I spoke with Tom to see if I could make an appointment for the following week to come out and access the situation. He was very concerned about my situation and wanted to come out that same day to take a look at things. Tom arrived about 15 minutes later after the phone call and immediately took action. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to have somebody come and take care of this situation and assure me that everything was going to be OK. Tom and I have a plan of action for this summer not only with the little critters but with other aspects of bug control and other things. I truly appreciate everything. Tom has done this far and look forward to the projects we have discussed. **update** January 30,2026 Tom and his crew came out and power washed my house, cleaned my gutters and my drain spouts… Also installed some spikes so I would no longer have pigeons nesting on my house…. Let me tell you my house looks amazing on the outside. I can’t wait for spring when he comes and washes the windows. My house is going to sparkle…..Thanks again Tom for another job well done‼️ THANK YOU Tom PS… Tom, don’t forget to put Mahalia on the payroll🐾
