I personally want to give a shout out to the whole team at Suess. This summer they delivered a brand new Sony Bravia for our living room . They have now upgraded the old Sound System and synced it with our basement(both now SONOS). Thank You Andrew(Sales), Hank, Dave and Max(installers). Also, the receptionist scheduler. First Class Customer Service!
I have been a customer of Suess Electronics now for decades. Every employee at Suess is dedicated to superlative customer service before and after the sale. If equipment requires installation, the tech. crew always arrives on time and completes the job in a thorough and thoughtful manner, with attention to every detail. In my mind, Suess Electronics is the finest A/V dealership anywhere in the midwest!
Suess Electronics did an incredible job setting up all of our AV needs for our restaurant — TVs, speakers, cameras, data rack, internet, and helped with our POS system. Their team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done with excellence. We really appreciate their employee-owned model and the top-notch local service. Highly recommend!
What a nice experience! Recently, our family decided to upgrade to our first smart TV and accessories. I was thinking about going my normal route of ordering straight from the manufacturer or a big box store and then I remembered Suess electronics. I have never been here and I always thought it was not a store for me. But Andrew, one of the salesman convinced me otherwise. We have enjoyed our new TV and accessories and I think I’m going to be a long time customer here. PS, thank you for being so nice to my sons! 3.11.2025 Update We were so impressed with Suess, that we called back to have our new TV professionally mounted. Isaiah and David came by and mounted. It’s so much better than I could do on my own! Perfectly leveled it looks great. Thank you both.
Not just for professional installs. As a DIY enthusiast, I was able to negotiate a fair price on a used showroom facade. The columns and curtains turned out great. The team at Suess took extra care to wrap everything in bubble wrap when I picked up. Even spent time to explain how to assemble and tear down if I needed to in future. I can't recommend Suess Electronics enough. If you are a DIY enthusiast, stop in and check them out.
