I had a fantastic experience working with Matt in sales from Revamp Fence and Decking. He provided a clear, detailed quote for a new back deck and took the time to walk me through every option. His professionalism and knowledge made the whole process easy and stress-free. The pricing was fair, and his communication was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend Matt if you’re looking for honest advice and great service on your fence or deck project! Revamp did my vinyl fence last year which came out beautiful. I will use them again to do my front deck when I decide to replace it.
Over promised and undersold from beginning to end. We signed a contract stating our install date would be 10/14. We received a phone call on that date that they would not be coming that day because they did not get permission from TDS to encroach on their easement. This was followed by weeks of no updates from our salesperson unless we called him. After getting tired of waiting for weeks, WE finally took things into our own hands and handled the matter with TDS in less than 48 hours. We were given an updated install date and & time. That time came & went, then we were given the excuse that the crew ran out of daylight and would be back the following day. The following day comes and they were short crew members and couldn’t finish. We finally completed install on 11/10. Unfortunately, only 4 sections of the fence actually touch the ground, the rest has sizable gaps between the fence and ground. Gaps large enough for our dog to get through, which is the reason we wanted a fence in the first place. When we called the owner, we were met with an unapologetic, extremely condescending response lacking concern and appreciation for our business. After reading his responses to the other 1 star reviews on here, that appears to be the norm. I wish we had done our research before choosing to spend over $10,000 with this company, and hope our review saves others from making the same mistake.
Robert was extremely patient and thorough when explaining your product. He took his time and offered suggestions on the design of my fence and gate, together we cane up with something I'll be very happy with.
Just had my new deck completed in DePere by Revamp. Very happy! We decided to go with Revamp and top of the line composite flooring and railing. It's not inexpensive. Mine cost about $100/sq ft. But it is built to last a long time. 6x6 posts on diamond piers as an example. They also added blocking anchors for the gazebo I'll be adding on top. Shout out to Robert, Brad and the crew leader on my project. Highly recommend these guys!
