Technician was able to help me located the correct main board to fix my LG TV, wouldn't have been able to fix the issue without their awesome help! Technician was able to help me down the correct path and was able to give me the information that I was not able to get anywhere else, especially from LG support. LG Support was horrible and kept pulling me in circles and never answering my questions. The technician was able to get into the LG system and find the answer and get me the part number for the correct replacement board. Can't say enough how helpful he was. Definitely would bring any other issues I have here, thank you!
