Needed to call on the coldest Sunday of the winter so far. They were great on explaining the emergency service fees and getting a tech out right away. The tech was fantastic and also explained the process, our prior equipment, and the new equipment. For being emergency service, I feel the charges were extremely reasonable. I would absolutely use them again and refer anyone with garage problems to the Overhead Door Company. Thank you!

Monday morning one of our technicians backed into one of our overhead doors. I called Overhead Door right away and with 1hr Nate was to our rescue. He got our door working again in no time and very courteous. Answered all my questions and was very efficient. This was the second time this company helped us with a door issue!

Our garage door broke on a Sunday, and it was beyond repair. I called Overhead Door Company Monday morning, and decided to go with a whole new door and opener. A sales rep came out that afternoon, and quoted us a price less than I was expecting. Wednesday morning it was installed. I couldn't believe how fast this whole experience went! And it was one guy installing it. 4 hours, he installed everything. I think his name was Andy. Very nice, and informative. Lots of options for garage openers. The phone associate knew exactly what i needed and didn't try to oversell me on options i didn't need. Install showed up on time & did clean up the old parts. Invoiced the amount Quoted which was the best price I found in the area. It works perfectly plus Bonus motion sensor lighting!
