I came in with a smart phone with a broken and almost detached screen - I was given a price (One cheaper than Ubreakitifixit, I might add) and they stuck to it, even though it seemed like the process was more complicated than initially anticipated due to the my phone's other 'injuries'. Throughout the process the staff was straightforward about everything, and clearly communicated any delays. The shop itself is clean and has a waiting section - and it almost might be described as cozy.

Knowledgeable, clean shop, and variety of refurbished cellular devices and a few computers and whatnot. Highly recommend this tech--provides top-notch service; went above and beyond in customer service in regards to my cell service provider needing a simple reminder to check accuracy of input, and made sure the following day that my new-to-me product was activated. He did his homework and provided an unlocked device. Owner also helped out when I returned for assistance with app issues.

These people, I tell ya. My very old computer died (RIP). I ordered a new one from Best Buy but was reminded by my girlfriend about Mobile Tech Repair. She had an extremely positive experience years ago, so I gave them a try. This guy looked at my old computer and said that they could fix it...OR build me a new one, for cheaper than the one from Best Buy. YES PLEASE....except I was concerned about some data loss. Not only did he walk me through all of the options to build this new PC, but he was also able to transfer the data to the new PC. So I walked away with a better, faster, cheaper PC than I ordered from Best Buy with all of the data that I feared was lost FOREVER, still intact. This all took place in 24 hours. Outstanding service. But it doesn't end there. Oh no. It does NOT end there. About a month later, a weird green line permanently appeared on my Samsung S20+. I sprinted to the store without hesitation. In a way, I almost looked forward to returning because they were so great to work with last time. He diagnosed the problem with my phone within minutes, ordered the parts, got the parts in the next day, and fixed it in less than an hour. I am now walking around my house, looking for electronics to break so they can fix those too. Cannot wait to return.
