Exemplary service. Clean even though it was raining. Conscientious, thorough, full of great information, and communicative. Highly recommend Jason and his team! He covered all bases. Returned emergency call, replaced pump, and replaced water tank within hours of initial emergency call. Cannot say enough good things! Great service is key.
Jason is great and is willing to take the time to explain exactly what needs to be done and answer any questions you might have. I needed a new well because I was getting sand coming up through my old one. Jason did make one attempt at raising the pump which did solve the problem temporarily, but it came back. Jason said this would likely happen. Once we had arranged for the new well, my old pump seized up and we had no water. This was on a Saturday night. I called and they were out Sunday and put in a rebuilt pump to get us by until the new well could be finished. We were without water for less that 24 hours. The well work had to be done around sub freezing weather which caused them to have to start and stop a lot, but every opportunity they had they were out working until late at night. Even though the thought of being without water is extremely stressful working with Jason was great under the conditions. I would definitely use them again.
It had been many years since I had my well serviced and the pump replaced, no real issues, but for my own peace of mind I called Suburban Well Drilling to perform a full system inspection. Jim came out the same day. He checked the pressure tank, pressure switch, and flow rate. Turned every cold water faucet in the house on to make sure the water pressure didn't drop and the pump could keep up. Made a small adjustment on the pressure switch and gave the system a clean bill of health.
Jim did an excellent job describing each part of the system and how it should function. He did tell me I have an older system that has performed beyond normal life expectancy and I should monitor everything for future replacement, but it is not necessary now.
Job well done and honesty appreciated
