Great shop. They were able to open a watch that other jewelers couldn’t. Replaced two batteries in that watch while we waited. Very fair pricing for the battery replacement. They also cleaned and polished a ring in the moment (free of charge). That was very kind! We will definitely return for future watch/jewelry services.
I have been going here for years (for years since located in spring hill mall). They are fair prices, keep in mind that different batteries cost more than others. Went to another private place that wanted $55 to remove 2 links on my bracelet (yeah... ok ...i dont think so) (This place would probably be around of half, that depending on the bracelet) But the gentleman and owner is, quick, efficient. fair and high quality work. Favorite watch place to go for adjustments or fixes. Also purchased some jewelry there before. I love going here! 0 complaints, EVER!
This place repaired a few old watches of mine and made em like new! Did it quick too. One specific watch I had needed special parts because it was broken and they kindly ordered them for me and fixed it up without hurting my pockets! Good customer service and very responsive 👍🏾
