Rick assessed the problem with my son's severely shifting/sinking brick 2-car attached garage that was added on by the previous owner. He explained why the garage's corners were sinking. His quote for 9 push piers came in $5k to $30k less than other firms. Besides stabilizing the garage, they were able to lift the corners back up to level and the walls to be plumb. The workers were courteous and tidy. I highly recommend United Structural Systems of Illinois. After the work was performed, we were relieved that the garage was stabilized.

USS did an amazing job on my underpinning on my house, they were also very courteous to the proximity of my property line next to my neighbor. They kept things in order with all the dirt/mud they had to excavate. They were done exactly in the timeframe they indicated, and the contract was very details oriented with drawings of what would be done. Only thing that would have been nice, is they left my concrete a little muddy with boot prints but again, all-in-all a great job
