Nick is THE MAN. One of the fans on my EVGA GPU went out. He ordered OEM parts right after we spoke and 2 days later he called me to bring it in. He didn't just replace the fans. He disassembled the card , took off all the old paste, did a FULL detailed cleaning, and applied new military grade paste. He didn't send me on my way after that. We booted up and he ran benchmarks on the GPU as well as the entire system making sure all my other components were working properly. As a cherry on top he upgraded me to Windows 11 and even took my call later that evening to walk me through some extra steps. For all of this he stayed within my original budget. Don't waste your time with these places that will make you wait a week just to get in, charge you ridiculous fees just to " run diagnostics " and then upcharge you for parts and doing the absolute bare minimum. If you need something done proper, with care and by a professional who truly has a passion for the work, I repeat - Nick is THE MAN 👍

Nick was Great ! He got ne in the same day - It was a very low cost to inspect what was wrong. He literally disassembled my laptop in front of me and explaining what he was doing. He hard to upgrade the harddrive - and being totally transparent the entire time. The laptop is better than new - It is lightning fast !! Will be bring other computers and including my website issues to him as well. You do not get this type of service any where else !
