Such an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent. They helped me figure out exactly what equipment I needed and also helped me repair my existing equipment. Everything was delivered quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The instructional videos and diagrams are incredibly easy to understand, which made the whole process seamless. I had a error code come up on my Genesis water softener, Contacted Discount Water softener in Huntley ill, Talked to Katrina and she gave me the option for warranty replacement of the circuit board and the process to do this. With the detailed instructions I removed the board took it to there facility they checked it out programmed a new board took it home, installed it and programmed a couple of things and it was up and running. I had a couple of programming questions that I texted to Katrina and she very quickly got back to me with all my questions. I am very pleased with how well this Company operates. Thank you! Mark Gerth
