Suburban Chimneys and Masonry

We have really been impressed with our experience with this company. Our heat went out one night and John responded out last minute to see if he could get our old fireplace working. Sadly, it was no longer operational. But he did talk to me about putting in a new insert that would be up to code and more efficiently heat our house. He was very easy to work with. Got us on the schedule quickly & offered tailored payment plans to fit our needs. When we couldn't quite figure out to operate the new unit he came out on a Sunday to start the first fire for us and make sure we were comfortable with operating it. It has been a seamless experience. Small, family owned business & bonus, they love dogs. Thanks again, guys!

We worked with Suburban a couple of years ago to have our chimney cleaned and relined, and the service was excellent. Fast-forward to this year—I wanted peace of mind before using the fireplace for the season, and JP happily came out to inspect everything just a few days after my initial inquiry. He walked me through a few tips and tricks for building fires and proper chimney care, and even greased our screen so it would operate smoothly. Super friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had the information, support, and safety tips needed as first-timers with a fireplace. He built our first fire, and monitored it closely to make sure everything was working properly and things went smoothly.
