We used Elegant Floor Services to finish the floors of a house we had rented and were preparing to sell. The tenant had sublet the property, so there was considerably more traffic in the house than was intended. As a result, the floors were in bad shape. After Elegant Floor Services did their work, the floors looked beautiful. We recommend Elegant Floor Services if you're looking for quality work.

I contracted with Elegant Floor Services to repair and refinishing my hardwood floors. They did very poor work and I had to have them come back to correct the work and after they came to fix the repair, my Floor, the repair area began to come apart and they refused to even come back to look at the defective work. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and Elegant Floor Services lied to the investigator. I would never use them again and I advise anyone not to trust or use Elegant Floor Services.

I was very hesitant on redoing my floors. I was just going to place laminate flooring. But I’m SO glad I made this decision. Evan was a professional and was honest with the estimate. The guys that did the actual work was so nice professional and knowledgeable. They did the floors in a day !! One day!!! Amazing. My floors are 97 years old and they look brand new.
