Rudis and his team are the best! Our HVAC was broken, and he worked hard to fix it. He didn't try to upsell me or make me fix things that weren't broken. When it was time to get a new HVAC, he moved mountains to get us a new one quickly because it was so hot and I had a child at home. He was kind to my family, responsive, and gave me a great deal. I would definitely recommend him and his team!

During this heatwave, our AC stopped working and we were sweltering. Rudi made time to come to our house ASAP, give an estimate of work needed, and stayed in contact with me regularly while I tried to figure out the next steps (with his help!). Apparently, he decided he diagnosed furnace issue before he arrived. He said it didn’t require repair. I asked him to stay for longer than 5 minutes and make sure, but he refused and ordered me to pay $120. He didn’t even have to travel far to get here. His business is located about five minutes away. Problem with diagnosis is that he was wrong. Had to call someone else who spent time here to truly assess and fix the problem. Not hard to fix or diagnose it turns out. Don’t recommend at all.
