We have been very happy with all Tim Whistler plumbing work at our house. Each technician is competent, and they know when to call for additional help. We had Kevin answer the plumber call. We quickly learned he is a very good plumbing technician. He has a positive attitude. A challenge does not throw him "off-game". He is calm & mature. We like him as our plumber.
We needed help with two different gas fireplaces. Saul from Tim Whistler plumbing was huge help. He was prompt, quickly analyzed the issues we had….and in one case we did not have. Then explained more about how these things work and the basic T hi ings needed to insure both workability and safety. He then cleaned and tested for gas leaks (none!) and was promptly on his way. I recommend Saul for your fireplace needs be they gas or wood burning. Well I am back posting again for the good work from Tim Whistler Plumbing. This time by Steven who was quickly able to discern an issue with our garbage disposal and correct it immediately. And... We needed help with two different gas fireplaces. This time by Steven who was quickly able to discern an issue with our garbage disposal and correct it immediately. And at a reasonable cost. Then upon my request he looked at our hot water heater in our basement. I told him it was a bit over ten years old and though it will ultimately need replacing, he turned and noticed some warning cards on some of our pipes. They indicated they needed service and adjustment every five years. Yipes! Suffice it to say that will happen soon but what I appreciate is the proactive manner he took with our home and not just ton”up sell” us, but rather to protect us. Thanks!
We have used Tim Whistler Plumbing on numerous projects in our home, from plumbing upgrades to repairs. Our recent experience with them capping a gas line to our range was exceptional service as usual. (We upgraded to an induction range) Chris arrived on time and explained the work as he was completing it. Very knowledgable and professional. We appreciated the high level of customer service provided and the quick response from the office in setting up an appointment to accommodate our schedule. We definitely use them again
They were quick to schedule and send a technician, which I appreciated. I do wish the $145 diagnostic fee had been mentioned when booking, and the quote felt higher than expected for the shower valve and trim replacement. I moved forward with another reputable company that charged about half the price.
Chris from Tim Whistler Plumbing did a great job. He went out of his way to get the right parts for our specific toilet and diagnosed & fixed our kitchen leak quickly and efficiently. He told me the price ahead of time and was friendly and cordial. Thanks so much for a job well done!
