BMC is as professional as it gets. Prompt, courteous, expert technicians we’ve been using for over 15 years. They are trustworthy and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. During a brutal stretch of cold during the winter, 2025, our old furnace blew. Within 24 hours, BMC had a solid replacement option for us at a fair price and installed the new unit. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with.

We had a great experience getting a ductless mini-split installed by B.M.C. Clower. They patiently answered our many questions and provided us with a quality product and installation. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, from the estimator, to the scheduler, to the installation crew. We chose them because several of our neighbors recommended them and because they have great reviews on the Washington Consumer Checkbook. We will definitely contact them again for our future HVAC needs.

Joe and Johnny did an excellent job installing my new furnace and a/c unit. They were hard working, efficient and had excellent attention to every detail. After endless estimates with several companies, I’m happy I picked the right company.

Sebastian was 10/10, very technical, extremely efficient, and knowledgeable, and fixed our 2021 Lennox heater in 2.5 hours after going through all the checks, finding that the main electric wires on the relay boards were loose, likely causing overheating and the main breaker to shut off, as well as finding a short in the outdoor unit that caused the low voltage break. This HVAC has broken every winter for the past 3 years and the original company that installed it has not been able to fix it (in spite of being here sometimes for 10 hours at a time). We just used B.M.C./Clower to replace our old HVAC with a new heat pump. They did an outstanding job. Every touchpoint was excellent. We appreciated follow up From Glen as well as Sarah and the gentlemen that did the actual installation were excellent; very diligent and hard working and were very polite and careful with our house. We would definitely use B.M.C./Clower again. We will definitely use them for maintenance and upkeep of the system.
