B.M.C./Clower Heating & Air

Sebastian was 10/10, very technical, extremely efficient, and knowledgeable, and fixed our 2021 Lennox heater in 2.5 hours after going through all the checks, finding that the main electric wires on the relay boards were loose, likely causing overheating and the main breaker to shut off, as well as finding a short in the outdoor unit that caused the low voltage break. This HVAC has broken every winter for the past 3 years and the original company that installed it has not been able to fix it (in spite of being here sometimes for 10 hours at a time). We are so very grateful to have found BMC/Clower on the Lennox website and get lucky enough to have Sebastian. Very efficient, knowledgable, and reasonably priced (they KNOW what they are doing to be able to DIAGNOSE AND SOLVE, rather than just sell). Highly recommend. They also show up on time.

We just used B.M.C./Clower to replace our old HVAC with a new heat pump. They did an outstanding job. Every touchpoint was excellent. We appreciated follow up From Glen as well as Sarah and the gentlemen that did the actual installation were excellent; very diligent and hard working and were very polite and careful with our house. We would definitely use B.M.C./Clower again. We will definitely use them for maintenance and upkeep of the system.
