Stout Computer Repair

This place completely over prices and tries to con people to over pay for services. Also, told my parents that he was going to put the computer back together when they specifically asked for him not to so that apparently it would not be easy for me to physically access the hard drive. Waiting to see the outcome... Will update if anything changes..in the mean time AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

BEWARE...Called late Thursday afternoon, explained my problem. He asked me to drop my laptop off at a different location, he would pick it up later that day and start working on it at 10am the next morning and call me a couple hours after that. By 12:30 Friday, no phone call. I called and left a message. Two hours later, I called again since I had not received a phone call. He called me while I was leaving him a message. I waited for another 2 hours and called again, 4:20pm more than 24 hours after I first called.. He had not picked up my laptop yet and had not even started. I reminded him of the conversation and said there were two computers ahead of me. I went in today to pick up and was charged a rush charge since I was pushed ahead of two others even though I was told he would start working on it 6 hours earlier. When I asked about the bill he upcharged me 93% of the normal fee for expedited service. So I was charged an expedited fee and a rush fee both. I didn't ask for expedited or rush just reminded him of what he had initially told me. Don't think I should have been charged those fees.

These people are top notch! Took in an old HP that hadn’t been turned on in years. Needed to replace hardrive and reinstall Windows 7 OS and Microsoft Office. Best Buy quoted me about one week to have it all done. I gave them a call and for cheaper price and done within 1 hours time frame it was up and running perfectly. They told me everything they did and it was spot on! This is the place to go to get your PC fixed for a fraction of the price. They are super helpful and really dumbed everything down for me to understand it all. Very professional. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks again y’all!
