Called them to ask what could be causing my unit to not work properly. Jill walked me through some options and got my problem solved while answering every question and more. I did not buy my unit from them. It came with the house and she seemed much more concerned in helping me than in forcing a sale. She may not have made money off me now, but I am also a contractor and she has definitely earned many future clients for their business!
The Majestic II we purchased from TFP for the ZHR homes install got its first use today. Functions as advertised and totally satisfied! Update - 2 years in and still loving it!
On 10/9/23 I purchased 2 cartons of the Brookstone Shoreline corner rocks to go with the 8 cartons of flat rock they sold me a week prior. When I picked up the corners, the kid in the loading yard took two cartons, climb precariously upon a pile of weathered boxes, and transferred the corners from a large crate about 8' high up, into two smaller cartons. He placed them in my truck and I left. A few days later, my rock guy calls me and tells me I have way too many thin corner pieces and not very many thick corner pieces. So, today on 10/30/23, I called and spoke with Shannon and she told me that was impossible to have too many of one kind because the factory packs the cartons, not them. Even after I told her I physically watched her guy in the yard do just that, she still argued. I finally told her to just sell me two more cartons and that should get me enough of the larger corner pieces. She said she'd have them ready when I arrived. When I picked them up, I spoke with another lady who was very short, not really rude, just zero personality. I paid another $183.22 for two more cartons, the yard guy put the cartons in my trunk, and I went back to the office. When I parked, I decided to look at what they gave me. This time I had two full cartons of only the thick corner pieces. (Remember, Shannon told me the factory packs them with the correct ratio of thin to thick....) After seeing this, I called back and told the lady there what all had happened up until now. She asked me what I wanted to do about it and I told her that at the very least I wanted to bring back a carton of the thick pieces, since now I had way too many, and get a refund. She allowed me to do it, but wasn't happy. When I took them back, I even asked her if she wanted to come see the cartons so I could show her what I meant and prove I wasn't just trying to get over on them, but she wouldn't even acknowledge me. My review..... buy from another place.
