BEWARE...Called late Thursday afternoon, explained my problem. He asked me to drop my laptop off at a different location, he would pick it up later that day and start working on it at 10am the next morning and call me a couple hours after that. By 12:30 Friday, no phone call. I called and left a message. Two hours later, I called again since I had not received a phone call. He called me while I was leaving him a message. I waited for another 2 hours and called again, 4:20pm more than 24 hours after I first called.. He had not picked up my laptop yet and had not even started. I reminded him of the conversation and said there were two computer... BEWARE...Called late Thursday afternoon, explained my problem. I reminded him of the conversation and said there were two computers ahead of me. I went in today to pick up and was charged a rush charge since I was pushed ahead of two others even though I was told he would start working on it 6 hours earlier. When I asked about the bill he upcharged me 93% of the normal fee for expedited service. So I was charged an expedited fee and a rush fee both. I didn't ask for expedited or rush just reminded him of what he had initially told me. Don't think I should have been charged those fees.
