Super easy to work with! Answered all our questions thoroughly and took the time to address a couple extra concerns at no extra charge. Even found an issue with a second fireplace that would have obviously burned our house down and capped the gas line so no one could accidentally use it. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Today was the first time we've used Tim to inspect and clean our fireplace and chimney, but it won't be the last. He LOVES CATS and that's a big plus in our household. He was on time, very friendly, professional, neat, and thorough, plus he got the job done for a reasonable price. Since he also cleans out dryer vents, we will be calling on him for that service the next time we need it done.
Tim is great! Very helpful, very friendly, reasonably priced. He went out of his way to rearrange and adjust things that were "fine" just to make them IDEAL, no extra charge. Highly recommend!
Tim is such an honest hard worker! He does quality chimney and fireplace work, on time, and sticks to the quote provided. I always feel more than comfortable with him coming into my home and he brings a local personal touch that is so hard to do in today's world. Unlike big companies, he is the main worker which guarantees that I will get the quality of work needed.
Tim is a stand up guy and is an example of how business should be done. He got our fireplace in working order after living in our house for 5 years without ever using it. We use it regularly now in the winter and it’s one of our favorite things about the house. He’s prompt, professional and has great prices. Would recommend to anyone needing their chimney cleaned.
