Cole explained everything and that would be done and was extremely knowledgeable with the materials and the processes. Excellent work and communication! Our home/roof had some storm damage and our Blacksmith Roofing staff member/sales rep Dillon was beyond kind, informative, and incredibly personable - along with the roofing specialist Austin, who took the time to also be incredibly diligent with his communication and notifying us when things would begin and take place. Dillon was an abundant help with navigating through the ins and outs of our insurance company, as well as every other step along the way. Everything was explained very clearly and concisely and all staff went above and beyond to make themselves available for questions and answers before, during, and after the roofing process. The roofing workers who did the hard work of the one-day install in the August heat treated our home and property with respect and covered of our wood decks and property around the home with tarps and cleaned up after the roof install was done as if it had never even happened. Cole Corbin took care of everything of us from the first call to the final inspection. He brought out several shingle samples and worked with me until I was happy and decided on one. I was shocked in how quick everything got done. My roof looks beautiful!! So happy I went the turn key service. Cole even had a recommendation for my replacement guttering that’s getting installed next week. Im so happy i went with Decor. You can’t go wrong.
