Wanted to leave a 5-star review for technician James Lowe. We've been dealing with an on-going kitchen reconstruction project following water damage. In dealing with all the issues of a 40-year old house, James' expertise and experience have been invaluable. Reached out to schedule an appointment to install Ring floodlight but they no longer work in my area. Most people would hang up after that. Although they were not able to help on my project, their website is excellent and they had a specific section on smart device install, so props to them for that.
