Been waiting 8!!!! Yes, 8!!!!! Months for my boots to add to the calf area. Was told 1/2 weeks, then 3/4 weeks. Dropped them off October 22nd 2024. Called and called and finally Feb 25 I’m told they’re being worked on at their house and will be done soon. Called back in march and was told he didn’t know where they are as soon as located he’ll call me. Nothing. April, called back, told I don’t see them here she must have them with her? I’ll call you back in a few and let you know. It’s now almost July 25 and still no calls no info no nothing. Almost 300$ in a pair of boots just for Halloween, I knew the width of the calf before I bought them, called them to see if they could resize them before I bought them. Sure no problem. And now I’ve been dealing with this for 8 months. Had I known this I would traveled elsewhere. My boots are 13.5 at widest point and my calf are 14 at widest point. And no they can’t be stretched to my knowledge to fit the extra half inch. I just want my boots for Halloween since I missed last Halloween with them and my photo shoot with my husband, “Michael Myers”!!!! So frustrating!!
