This man is a pro. Someone else did my husband's shoes for years. They worked, but he just glued the lift to the bottom. Mr Hanlin split the sole and added the lift to the middle. Thus he was able to use a lighter material. 100% better!. Will never go anywhere else again. He also does other leather work equally as well. By-the-way, he was less expensive too. I am showing original shoe and the one with the lift for comparison.
Very courteous, kind and went out of their way to accommodate me which I appreciate so much. They did a great job and had my shoe ready in a timely manner. (I needed a build up of my right shoe.) To be prepared, they measure in inches (not metric) and payment accepted is cash or check. Highly recommend.
I had a pair of boots recently re-soled and wow! They feel so sturdy and secure. They look great, they really took care of my boots. I'm just so impressed with the quality of the work. Thank you for saving my soles!
Went to have my husband's boots redone for a wedding and told them what needed to be done and what I wanted done to them , they assured me they would do it and I went to pick them up Tuesday at 3pm on March 2024 . And wasn't at all satisfied! Went in and asked if they could fix them better and the guy and women told me no that they are fine and who would see the holes on the bottom. Very poor business and not at all customer friendly ! Rude and cocky ! I asked for a refund then and they told me no ! That he done the work so I don't get a refund. So now I'm having to buy him a new pair ! Never will I recommend them or give them any business of mine ! They are horrible and rude ! Lessoned learned !
