Fireside & Patio Shop

We paid a month ago and paid a $2,000 deposit for our pool to be worked on, replace a handful of tiles and grout and a new liner. It's summer and we can't use our pool because they pumped the water out. Since we paid a month ago they have shown up 4 times and worked on the pool for a total of 5 hours and 40 minutes. They come and work for an hour or one time they only worked 40 minutes. The last time they were here they worked for 3 hours and I was like wow this is like a full day's work compared to the other days. After the work is done i week update this review but I'm so sad and afraid that we won't get to use our pool this summer. It's a short swimming season and we're missing it

Had Two Custom Vented Gas Fireplaces installed into fireplaces. The shop came out to my house and pre-measured before the custom order. No other shop in river-valley would come out and measure for the custom fireplaces. Yet many outfits sell these. I am not an installer, yet these places all said: " give us your measurements and we will order them for you." Um, "What would you say it is you do here?" The fact that this shop came to the home and pre-measured is enough to ignore all other shops.
