The Alford team who worked on our crawlspace was very friendly and professional. They answered any questions we had, the work area was kept clean, and made sure we were satisfied. Alford is a great foundation and crawl space repair. They are reliable and I never felt safer with the repairs done. Marcellus, completed a job for me on 3/2/26 he was attentive and respectful when communicating with me. I found him to be considerate of my time and my home. I enjoyed the kindness he showed my 2year son when giving him high five and talking to him. He thought he was the coolest guy and to my son Marcellus definitely was there to see him not to work on the basement. Lol Marcellus I appreciate you making him feel so important while still completing the job in a good timely manner. Joshua, completed a job for me on 3/2/26. Though he was a gentleman with little words. I noticed he was detailed oriented and quick to respond to his fellow teammates assistant before need arised. Nehemiah, completed a job for me on 3/2/26. I appreciate the work ethic, and how well the job turned out. I found him to be humble and patience with his work. I felt the need to praise all three young men. They work well together but should be recognized individually. Thank you for you time and I appreciate the work done.
Alford made the process easy. David, our initial inspector, thoroughly educated us on our foundational issues. Josh and his team kept me informed for the duration of the time they were at my home. I would highly recommend them for any foundational repairs.

David and Mychael completed my crawlspace encapsulations last week (10/10/25). David was excellent at communicating the timing and process as it was being completed.
