I was given an estimate for the work they would do, and they came the next day and completed the work quickly. Our heat now works great, and I just received the invoice which is the exact amount of the estimate. Great work by Houston Graham and the other gentleman with him. I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks in the future. Great job!
Couldn’t be happier with my service from Southern Comfort! They answered and got me scheduled right away, showed up exactly on time for my appointment, and took care of the issue I called about, plus some much needed maintenance on my HVAC unit right then and there during that first visit. The price was also very reasonable! I will definitely be using them from now on for all my HVAC needs.
Kevin and his team came out to look at a couple of mini split units that were having issues. We had another company come out to service them in past few months, but the same issues continued to come back. Kevin and his team THOROUGHLY searched for issue, and were able fix an issue that has gone undetected for months. Both units are now working like new. I would recommend Southern Comfort Heating and Air to anyone looking for the most knowledgeable professionals and the best in customer service service!
