The compressor on our Goodman AC Condenser wasn't turning on, causing our AC to blow warm air. I texted Best Heating and Air Conditioning on Sunday evening and Michael showed up at noon the next day. It took him less than 20 minutes to figure out and fix the issue. AC now works perfect and the compressor is MUCH quieter as well. He was very kind, professional and took the time to answer all questions I asked him. I'm very glad I went with them instead of Metro or Home Depot!
I highly recommend Best Air & Heating! Michael, the owner, personally came to check out my existing unit and gave me a quote for a new one, per my request. I had four quotes done and Michael was the ONLY one that followed up. On the day of the installation, he came to make sure everything was set up and running correctly. On top of that, he came back a day or two later to check on everything again! Superior service!!!!
