The CellPhone Store (Computer, Console, Cell Phone)

My son's cellphone overheated and would not turn back on. I took it to them on Wednesday evening. They opened the phone on Thursday morning and sent me pictures of what the problem was. They gave an estimated time of how long it would take to order and receive the part and install it. They were able to return it back a day earlier than they anticipated. They were also true to the price they quoted me and offered a discount for the repair. They also offer a one year warranty for the part. I highly recommend them.

I am so impressed with this store and staff. When you first walk in, the store is very clean, organized and well stocked. We were greeted right away by Sadiq. He knew right away what to problem was with the phone. I figured it was going to take a long time, per my experiences with other cell phone repair stores. I just knew I was going to have to pick up the phone the next day. Big surprise… they fixed the phone while I waited. I’m thrilled! They were so very nice and professional. I found Sadiq very honest and forward without making me feel anxious about adding fees or “finding” other problems to fix…much like other stores I’ve dealt with. I absolutely will send anyone I know here for any cell phone related issues.
