Both units are running great now and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Since the reviews was my deciding factor in using Sobellas services I decided to contribute. Had an amazing experience with their Costomer service from the very beginning. I called around 11am and communicated my issue and was provided fair and accurate pricing right away for the house visit. They were able to send someone to my house in less than two hours which was amazing. Received a friendly phone call from Alberto to let me know how far away he was and when he arrived he listened to my concerns and got right to work. Alberto showed up to troubleshoot my fridge that was not cooling. Even though he found the cause of my issue quickly he still went above and beyond and checked everything to make sure there was only one fault without any extra charges. Afterwards he was very transparent and honest about his diagnosis and pricing. I am the kind of person that asks a lot of questions and he showed great levels of patience and professionalism by answering all of my questions and not making me feel rushed. He did not pressure me into any up charges, was just very honest and straight forward with their pricing. Overall great experience and money well spent. I as well asked about their HVAC services and Alberto explained to me their services and I decided to purchase their annual HVAC maintenance membership. He was able to service my AC unit right there and then even though that was not the original reason for the house visit. Over all, personally had an amazing experience with this company’s level of professionalism, communication, punctuality and quality of service.
