Recently traded in my old Samsung Galaxy Ultra for the latest version & as my luck would have it, dropped it at work and cracked the screen ๐ฅบ was still somewhat working aside from momentary color glitches which make it unbearable for anything other than phone calls. didnt get the insurance this time to save on costs (go figure) so looked online & asked around to see where I could get it fixed at a reasonable price. Had a few people suggest 1 True Tech so I hit them up and they were not only able to fix the screen like new but the owner even hooked it up with a better case and threw in some screen protectors at a package cost. Very knowledge... They are amazing and the best place to get a phone repair. We had 2 iPhone XS Max, 1 had the screen cracked from being dropped and the other had some water and the screen just went off. Both still turned on and haptics worked, just screen was off. I called, talked to the rep and he said to bring them over, gave me an estimate over the phone, and sent me a follow up text. Fast forward a few hours later, I take both phones in, very welcoming experience and amazing service. He explained what they'd be doing, offered me a drink and the ability to wait and chill and watch a movie if we wanted but we headed out but would've stayed if I had the opti... I walked, in, same welcoming experience, they even set me up with screen protectors and cases, it was a great overall experience. I found the price really reasonable but for this type of experience, I would've paid more just for this premier type of service. I'll likely go back as the camera was broken before I took it there, they told me they could replace the camera as well. I might get a battery as well. I would recommend them 1000% of the time. The best in the westside.
