They are amazing and the best place to get a phone repair. We had 2 iPhone XS Max, 1 had the screen cracked from being dropped and the other had some water and the screen just went off. Both still turned on and haptics worked, just screen was off. I called, talked to the rep and he said to bring them over, gave me an estimate over the phone, and sent me a follow up text. Fast forward a few hours later, I take both phones in, very welcoming experience and amazing service. He explained what they'd be doing, offered me a drink and the ability to wait and chill and watch a movie if we wanted but we headed out but would've stayed if I had the option. About 2-3 hours later, I followed up, they told me one was fixed and were finalizing the other one. As I was driving there, they called me, told me they were ready. I walked, in, same welcoming experience, they even set me up with screen protectors and cases, it was a great overall experience. I found the price really reasonable but for this type of experience, I would've paid more just for this premier type of service. I'll likely go back as the camera was broken before I took it there, they told me they could replace the camera as well. I might get a battery as well. I would recommend them 1000% of the time. The best in the westside.
