extremely unprofessional and unfair pricing. better shops out here this one seems to be going downhill and has been for years apparently. sort throught the reviews im sure most of these are suggested from within the business but they are ALOT of negative reviews here i shouldve taken seriously. Save your money, buy new or shop elsewhere.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish I could do negative stars. Absolutely do not use this company to repair anything!! They have had my washing machine for over a week and still have not “gotten to it”. They broke a stove trying to fix it, only after rescheduling 3 different times to look at it. It took the owner coming out to get it done. The price may beat other shops but it is not worth it. Will never use them again!!
This place is very unprofessional. I had a drunk gentleman show up to my house to look at a washer and he insisted on trying to overcharge me for a simple fix I had already looked into. He then continued to tell me it would be a $50 service call fee after not doing absolutely anything to the washer. Very unprofessional never call this place for any type of repair needs.
My name is Joshua Sanchez, I have purchased washers and dryers from here. Several times and have been extremely happy. Because not only has it saved me money, but their service is always great. Currently, I sold them a dryer and bought a dryer. I have had issues with my dryer. Since I've gotten it but every time I call they make the appointment for me and he comes out and he fixes it for me. Hopefully, I can have my dryer up and running again in the next couple of days. I would like to say that I greatly appreciate all the hard work that they do. Anyone looking for an appliance that wants to save money? Should definitely come here because they do guarantee that they will either fix it or replace it wonderful people, every single one of them I have told all my family and friends about them as well. I live out in Radium Springs. That is a long drive for them.But I know that I will get my service done by people who know what they're doing.Thank you so much for everything.Hope to see you soon
