I had 2 rings re-sized. For one of them because of the metal in the ring it required a more difficult procedure. Susan called me first to explain the issues and asked for my approval to proceed. They were able to do it and it was beautiful. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to come in again and would recommend them to anyone.
