I cannot say enough good things about William. He came out and repaired our AC during one of the hottest, most humid stretches of March, when having the air conditioning down in Florida is absolutely miserable. Despite the conditions and the timing, William was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had our system running again in no time. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping his customers. When your AC goes out in the Florida heat, you really appreciate someone who responds quickly and knows exactly what they’re doing. William provided excellent service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC repait. Thank you William!

I called up snyders about my shower handle wouldn't shut off and it constantly ran a steady steam of water no matter what positioning turned it too. They were kind enough to set up a emergency appointment to come out and give me a estimate on the cost of getting it repaired. Rolando their plumber was so kind and professional and explained everything parts and labor cost. I take care of my 85yr old dad who was a navy veteran and this is our only shower and quoted us a price we could afford on our fixed budget. Bless you Rolando and Snyder. Unfortunately it was bigger job than expected and and my dad and I couldn't afford it right now. Matthew was kind and respectful and attacted a shut off valve to our shower pipe I am happy we can still take a shower and the water is not running all the time. We will definitely call snyder back to fix it once we aquire the funds. Thank you Matthew for all your work. We appreciate everyone's hard work.

I was told they would be cleaning my handler fan and condensate lines with a $354 annual inspection service. Tech arrived checked everything told me my unit works fine which I already knew but he did not clean the fan in which I was promised would be cleaned. Contacted customer service. Keith was very kind. He went back and listened to the recorded call and agreed that they told me they were going to be cleaning the handler fan, which was not done. He said that is not part of the service and the person that told me it was is wrong. I asked for a refund and I have not heard back. Disputed the charge on my credit card frustrating to be told you’ll get a service and pay for it only to not get it. Have since had fan cleaned not by Snyder, thus double paying….

I would have given 10 stars. I highly recommend LC- Rolando Hernandez for any residential needs. Rolando went above and beyond to help me with my crisis. He replaced Washing machine box and the valves. He Installed two new toilets Including Brand New Fill Valve, Flush valve, and Tank to bowl. Left everything so clean. He arrived on time and was incredibly professional, I was impressed with the excellent service he provided. I highly recommend Rolando and the Synder company for their service.
