Rich and Chris made sure my main sewage line was repaired and replaced professionally and with the least possible damage to my home. They kept me informed throughout the process and were very timely with their repair. As plumbers, they could not repair my slab, but had two associates (George and Joe?) who completed the task for a reasonable extra fee. The total bill even with the added slab fee was substantially less than my next closest estimate. In addition, I have an out of town family member who is a master plumber who agreed with every step of their repair. I highly recommend them.

We had a major repair that needed to be done and Eli came out to give me an estimate. He arrived exactly when promised and made a very thorough assessment of the situation. They were able to come back the very next day and do the work! His entire crew was very respectful and professional and arrived on time. The work was completed and we were up and running with minimal disruption. We were expecting company for the holidays and it was a Christmas miracle that Dee-Rooter plumbing was able to do the job so quickly. Everyone I dealt with from the guys digging the trench, to Mindy in the office, was friendly, professional and polite. I cannot express how grateful we are to everyone and we will not hesitate to call Dee-Rooter for any further plumbing issues.

Had an issue with my shower on the day after Thanksgiving. Was fortunate to find these guys after being either turned down because there were NO appointments or told it would be after hours or weekend rates. The receptionist was very kind and told me she would have someone there in an hour. Eli was the person who arrived and i explained to him that i was really hoping the repair wouldnt be too pricey and the first thing he told me is he would do whatever he could to help me out on the price ans he called his supervisor and immediately got me a discounted rate. He was able to pick up the part and repair it in around 90 minutes. Very kind gentleman, very polite, efficient and was even kind to my dog. I would definitely recommend these guys. Fair, honest and decent which is what all businesses should be. Ask for Eli, he does great work.
