A great team with extensive knowledge and a beautiful showroom. The experience is easy, informative, and pressure-free—they can even provide estimates based on pictures alone. I know several people who have used them for kitchen and bath remodels and can’t stop raving about their work. If you’re considering a remodel, I highly recommend visiting their showroom to explore their cabinets, fixtures, and many other options.
Beautiful showroom with lots of ideas & samples on hand to see & feel (tiles for walls & floors, countertops, bath fixtures & more) Staff was very friendly.
Gainesville Kitchen & Bath does QUALITY WORK at an appropriate price. What I especially appreciate is the excellent communication and follow-up available with Tyler (the Residential Contractor) — who I was easily able to contact for any questions that arose. We renovated our kitchen — and the finished product looks great! Thank you — :)
We recently had a kitchen remodel and flooring project with GK&B. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They are very professional, responsive, and thorough. There were never any added costs or unreasonable delays in the project. When it was finished, they sent someone very competent to fix any little issues or concerns that we had. Plus, their warranty is better than anyone else you will find. My only complaint, and it is minor and has nothing to do with the quality of work, is the web site that you use to track the progress (we were out of town for the entire time). The schedule is good and is kept up to date but the updates/pictures did not occur on a very frequent basis. Like I said, it is a minor thing. All in all I would certainly recommend Tyler, Amelia, and the whole crew!!
GKB is professional, honest, and creative. At no time during our kitchen renovation were we left in the dark. Their response to any issues that arose was always, we'll get it right. We would recommend them to anyone.
