Found Martin on Google and noticed how funny his replies to customers were, so I was excited to support a local business. After going to uBreakiFix and being quoted an absurd price to fix my computer without them even looking at it I decided to give Martin a call. He got me in the same day and fixed my screen within 24 hours, knowing I was a college student who needed my laptop quickly. Instead of trying to rip me off, he was incredibly honest and transparent about everything. I even forgot my computer password and probably wasted some of his time (sorry again 😅), but he still didn’t charge me extra as I think he understood that I was tight on cash. Great service, fair pricing, and genuinely good customer care Highly recommend! He is funny and straight up. Will be returning to him soon!

Writing this review so others don't make the same mistake I made-wait, stay with me and get the entire story. I didn't know that this business has been in Gainesville for 15 years now. Had I, I might have been able to save my entire computer had I taken it over when it first had trouble. The good news is, when I learned of this business, I did take over the hard drive and sure enough, they were able to get me my files and a lot of precious family photos. Have a computer emergency? Bring it to Martin! I was in Gainesville for work and accidentally dropped my laptop on concrete after a meeting. The screen wouldn’t turn on and I panicked. A big box store told me they’d have to ship it out and I wouldn’t get it back for weeks. I did a quick Google search and found Gainesville PC & Laptop Repair.
