Horrible experience. Do not bring your vehicle here if you value your time and money. Held my vehicle for over a week before doing anything and then lied about starting the work. Unprofessional and dishonest work are the best things about them.

Holding my car an extra few days because they run into computer issues. I also never received a call about a status update on the car or the work they were doing. Gotta call them if you are getting work done on your car here.

Scheduled an 8 AM appointment at Snappy Auto and Tire for a wheel stud replacement after being referred by Discount Tire. Unfortunately, this turned into a very disappointing experience. My car wasn’t even looked at until after 10 AM, and the job wasn’t finished until 11:36 AM — over 3.5 hours for a basic repair. During the process, they removed one of my lug nuts but never replaced it. Instead, they told me I’d have to go back to Discount Tire to get a new one myself. How do you take off a lug and not put one back on? After leaving the shop, I noticed a rattling noise coming from the wheel they worked on. On top of that, there was no communication at all during the whole process — no updates, no explanation of delays, nothing. I went in for a simple repair and left with missing parts and new problems. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
