Mr. O's Service and Repair

I was totally impressed with the service and result's I received from Mitch and his team. My vehicle had a sudden red battery red light. I was concerned it was the alternator. All shops were closed for the day so I researched available auto repair shops and began calling once they opened in the morning. Mitch impressed me immediately with his knowledge and honesty. He was patient and concerned. I decided Mr. O's was my best option as many shops couldn't get me in or couldn't service my vehicle. Mitch was warm and friendly and assured me if possible, he would repair by days end. He called me with a quote in a timely manner and was confident my car would be ready at days end. Sure enough, it was repaired and he said he could wait as my ride was running late. Mitch ran through what was repaired and also included clearing some code errors I was not aware of. To my surprise Mitch said he was able to finish in less time and passed on the savings to me. Mitch is top notch and his dedication to his customer's is incredible and greatly appreciated! My car is running better than I expected and some small issues I mentioned seem to have vanished. Thank you Mitch and team!!!
