I've known Mark and Katie for years (dating back to the days when they were Computer Renaissance) and I've purchased from them several times. My experiences working with them have always been excellent. I may have saved a buck or two if I had gone through a big box store, but I can't believe that their service would be anywhere close to what I've received from this father-daughter team at CD. They're always so helpful to a technology adolescent like me and always willing to help me understand the equipment I've purchased from them. I'm really glad they're around to help a guy like me.
