Our carpet lifted in multiple areas. They came out & stretched the carpet. It has since lifted again in more areas & the same areas as before. If you're looking for quality flooring & good customer service & people who stand behind their work I would look elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend Hansen Flooring.

We did whole house flooring, including wood, tile, carpet, luxury vinyl, and even a custom tile shower, with Hansen flooring. The staff is knowledgeable and timely in taking care of your questions and ordering. This was the 2nd time we used Hansen flooring and I would recommend them highly.

We had a great experience! We bought flooring for the whole home and everything turned out perfect. These folks are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
