I've used Smith Automotive a few times now, and their customer service stands out far above any other repair facility I've experienced. Scott, the face of the operation, is incredibly courteous, professional, and personable. Best of all, he actually listens to you. Too many shops are quick to TELL YOU what you need and even quicker to tell you what they WON’T DO. Not here. Whether it's a specific part you want used or budgetary limitations you might have, in my experience these guys are purely solutions-focused. One of the best auto shop experiences I’ve had to date. Scott, the owner, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did his best to make sure it was done in a timeframe that worked for me.
