We comissioned Majestic to cut and prepare quartzite for our kitchen reno. We bought two slabs from Nova tile and they picked them up. The second slab was for a needed additional 4 square feet needed, with the agreement that a slab for our bathroom Reno would be cut from that. The kitchen job arrived and was installed. The holes for our wall mounted stove hood were in the wrong place so we needed to recut ourselves. A corner of the slab next to the stove was not properly sealed upon fabrication, and oil has been leaking under the slab. Several phone calls to report the problem were never returned or acted upon. The worst was they never responded to our trying to pick up the rest of our $3000 slab! Months of phone calls were never returned. A friend said they probably sold it! Will never use them again.
