Terrible experience, 2 out of 10 times I called them they don't answer but to make things worse, they don't return calls even after leaving messages. Accidents happen and I got pushed back a week (with no bifocal from them)which was already days passed their quoted finish time. Then tried giving me an unfinished window that they lost the screws to. Rather than getting proper screws they just stopped it the holes for different screws. I should have learned my lesson with lack of communication and gone somewhere else.

Nevada Glass skillfully installed a patio slider last May. They replaced the original slider that was 20+ years old. Magnificent job! When I needed shower doors to be replaced, they ordered exactly what I wanted. Again, another professional install job. There was a problem with the rollers and guide and Nikki waited for weeks to get the proper parts. She was so diligent in making sure the supplier shipped the parts despite out-of-stock status and then backorder status. Scott and Brian replaced the parts in about 15 minutes tops. They were courteous, funny and neat. Highly recommend Nevada Glass!
