Unfortunately fixing my washer was not feasible at this time due to costs, but I appreciated my technician coming out and explaining the costs of fixing vs buying a new one, made buying a new one less stressful since itll be cheaper to buy vs fix. He also gave me a bunch of tips on my other appliances since he wasn't able to fix my washer. Overall they were kind from scheduling to appointment. Hopefully wont need them again, but would use them again!

Our oven died 8 days before Thanksgiving. We called on Thursday night, 2 minutes before close, sure that we would get voicemail. Instead, we got someone who made us an appointment for the next afternoon. Friday morning, we got the call that the technician was available early. He promptly identified the problem, did some quick research, and told us he should have the part by Mon. He promised to take care of us for Thanksgiving, and we made the plan for him to come back Tue. On Mon, he called and offered to come by that evening to install, but we weren't available. Tue, he arrived right in the middle of the time range he promised, did about 20min of work, explained what he had done, and demonstrated a hot, turkey-ready oven. The price was reasonable and exactly as-quoted. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. And the speed--especially going into a holiday week--was truly impressive. We're definitely keeping track of their phone number for future repairs!
