IF YOU VALUE YOUR DEVICE…AVOID Took my niece IPAD in to get the screen replaced and the screen they replaced it with did not work. I came back to the store 2 hours later and they refused to replace or repair. They then said, it was something else and wanted to charge an additional $150. Like really. Year old iPad with a small crack but the screen worked perfectly fine beforehand. I told them if I take it to Apple and they said they messed up, I want my money back. I got an appointment the next day and they stated, it was the incorrect screen. I went back to them and told them what Apple said and they made additional excuses. Literally no accountability at all. They didn’t even want to just replace the screen. I then said if I go somewhere else and they replace the screen after confirming Apple said it’s defective and it works after repair, I want my money back. Well, I did just that and sure enough it was replaced and the screen now works. The repair tech stated IT WASN'T THE CORRECT SCREEN! I called them and they made more excuses….now this time it was did I come to their store? really?!?!? I told them, people make mistakes and it’s clear y'all did and instead of making it right, they will lie and make excuses. It was very easy to just give the refund back but no.. they are dishonest and greedy. I will never patronize their business again. Seems to me they are getting over. I’m sure this is not the first time. But guess what, I’m filing a complaint with attorney general office immediately and other legal recourse. They need to made an example out of. They can’t come into the community and treat people this way. And I don’t want a shady generic response either. They know exactly what they are doing. No you don’t appreciate our business. They are clearly purchasing bad products and getting over.
