Very impressed with this company. Firstly they offered me more for my MacBook Pro than any other trade-in/recycle company. It almost seemed too good to be true but then I saw they had many positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was immediately impressed with how their customer service quickly reached out to me after I received my first quote. Very friendly and helpful. And the fact that they provide shipping materials like a box and label for free made it so easy for me to package everything up. And to top it all off within 3 days of me sending the Mac they had already received it, tested it, and paid me the amount that had been quoted. Friendly, helpful, swift, and with great integrity is how I would describe this company. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to any of my friends!

Great company to work with. Nice, responsive, and helpful employees, quote accurately matched what I was paid in the end. They sent me a box with a pre-paid UPS label and packing material enough to safely ship my Mac - saved so much money because of that (packing charges are huge at UPS). The money was directly deposited into my bank account a couple days after I confirmed the selling price. I highly recommend this company!
